Had an idea for an ability for a hero whose abilities are centered around luck and manipulating random chance. So far, I can only come up with one solid ability idea:
Roll The Dice
Throw an explosive die that deals spirit damage in an area. The base damage (scales with spirit power) is multiplied by the number on the side of the die facing upward.
Once thrown, the die explodes after a set amount of time or upon pressing the ability button again to manually detonate it.
The die can be pushed around/rerolled with explosions or melee attacks.
The die also deals a small amount of light melee damage if it hits a enemy directly pre-detonation.
At Tier 1: Cooldown reduction
At Tier 2: Increase in base damage or spirit power scaling
At Tier 3: Throw three dice instead of one.
