Dev console command to bind toggle between regions not working

Hey there, just thought I'd post this since myself and some others were having some issues with it. We're trying to bind some of the function keys to toggle between regions, but while the console reads the command, it doesn't seem to actually work. Others inputting the same command have had it work for them however, so we're unsure what's causing the issue. Here's a screenshot of the command line and readout

a workaround i know of is to click on the "invite friends" button, that for some reason enables input stuff
