Denies sometimes not giving souls [Timestamps Included]

In this matchID: 14837104 from the Haze pov, sometimes they deny an orb but don't receive any souls from the deny.
The replays say 'not yet ready for download' despite being played ~24 hours ago, so here's a link to the youtube video from the haze's pov:

I have noticed this in my own games as well, but I keep getting 'replay not ready for download' in those even a day or two after they're played, so I can't pull the timestamps from those. Not sure if the replay isn't available in *every single one*, I'm not going to go do the work to go check them all.
