a diver who has adapted to the criminal lifestyle of The Deep and has learned to control the surrounding sea life



Role: juggles enemies into danger then skewers them
Gun: a kind of brass fire hose that continuously sprays water. a passive applies a knockback effect which stacks with gun damage
1: shoots a harpoon. can skewer through multiple enemies if they are lined up. can be upgraded to cause bleed and pin enemies to nearby surfaces, one of his most important utilities
2: rides his trusty psychic sea horse and partner in crime. moves fast, damages enemies in the way. initially summoning the seahorse kicks up a water splash around the diver, knocking enemies upward. can be cancelled. an upgrade could let him throw spiky urchins that stick to surfaces when he's on horseback?
3: passive — inflicted gun damage pushes enemies away. the closer the target, the stronger the push. push also stacks with continuous damage. upgrades improve push rate and makes continuous gun damage build leeches on a victim
4: the diver's fire hose swaps out for a large whip consisting of a mystic school of fish, allowing the diver to smack multiple enemies around in a single hit. in his other hand he holds a lamp whose light applies a damage amp against enemies near it, like Paradox's grenade. the fish whip also has a single-use secondary fire which has the fish extend in a line to where the diver is looking, knocking a victim back. upgrades improve the range of the lamp and the secondary fire, and allow secondary fire to plant leeches on the victim it hits
