Debuff is short enough such that manually rotating your monitor IRL is not worth the time, and victims should try aim while the screen is rotated by that amount.

Imagine the pro-scene where players are unfazed by this and perfectly track players while their screen is moving in figures of eights... Absolute peak skill ceiling...

an item like this, while funny, would likely cause motion sickness and/or vertigo in a lot of players so its not good for the game. And like you said, the best players wouldnt even be affected by it anyways, so it would just be a meme pubstomp item.

I agree, this and this other item would be so funny to add but they're not really balanced or worth in any way
