Debuff Deferrer - Sick of the debuffs? pass them on someone else!

I thought of a cool item that could be a cheaper repellant for any applied debuffs like wardens cage or bebops bombs that isnt debuff remover, it hinders you in the long run, but it's a guarantee you don't get killed outright in a situation or two!

Basically it is an item that applies any debuff into a nearest teammate on the same lane as you, if you are alone on a lane it applies to the nearest healing minion instead

This sounds like griefer's dream, Bebop's bomb? Pass it like a hot potato to your friend. Its gonna crank up the rage to 200%... so nah.
