Debuff/Buff effect ideas

Toxin (Debuff) - target takes damage when moving, scales based on movement speed. This would work great on a chaser type hero, where they would be forced to play around low health enemies, because in a 1v1 this debuff would be effectively useless.
Taunt (Debuff) - aim locked onto the target, that is causing the taunt. This could be a tank hero with an ultimate (or maybe a single target abillity), that would force the enemy crosshair to be locked onto them for the duration. This would pair extremely well with items like Return Fire and Metal Skin.
Blindness (Debuff) - gives the target a fog of war, denying them vision of all entities on the map for the duration. This is already an effect on the one-way doors, but it could be applied to the enemy screen, using an AoE ultimate, or an ability like a flashbang.
Accuracy (Buff) - causes all shots to be headshots for the duration. This could be great as an ult for a character using an automatic weapon with a wide spread, where they would have to buy Headshot Booster/Sharpshooter to have a very effective ult, but would not do a lot for their base damage.
Concussive Rounds (Buff) - all hits for the duration make the target flinch, moving their crosshair a short distance in a random direction and throwing off their aim. This would make enemies rely on their abillities for a short while and help the user win 1v1s against bullet damage monsters like Haze and Infernus, or save a low HP teammate, who is trying to escape from the shots.
Spirit Counter (Buff) - pretty simple, blocks the next ability on the target, could be an ability on a support hero, or also an active item. Or maybe even a recharging passive. Needs a good name, cause spirit shield and barrier already exists lmao.
Guardian Angel (Effect) - not so much a buff as it is an abillity/item idea. Essentially it would allow you to charge teleport to any ally on the map, while granting them a shield (think Shen's ult from League of Legends). This arises from the problem, that there are not a lot of movement possibilities for long distances, except for the zipline, and this would allow you to save that ally getting chased on other side of the map instead of watching them die from spawn, or just join the teamfight instantly from a respawn. I see that there are only 4 6500 Vitality items, and this as an Active would be a nice addition, but it very well could work as an ult for a character. Needs a long cooldown.
