Death Portrait stays after game ends

I just completed a game, and in it, Mina died as the game was transferring away from game to the Hideout. Now this is stuck in the middle of the screen and will not disappear.

Same, if you kill bot/party member in the hideout, their icon stays on screen in the started game. Only way to fix it is to restart (simple rejoin doesn't fix it).
