Death From Above, Duck and Cover - an item that increases damage when you're above enemies, gives tankiness against enemies below you.

I was thinking of items that couldn't exist in dota and an altitude based item would be perfect.
It could also be two separate items, or an item that does one and builds into a combination version for more souls later.

The duck and cover component could speed you up while being fired at from above or even something like immunity to headshots from enemies above you.
