Hi! Currently in deadlock, if you disconnect from the server for more than 3 minutes you incur a penalty which progressively increases over time. As this system ensures that people do not leave the match on whim while ruining other player experiences, it also punishes the players with unstable internet connection.
Now talking about the penalty, after a certain number of abandons you usually get up to 1 day of ban and also get subsided into a low priority matchmaking. Given the current state of number of concurrent players in deadlock it always takes more than 30 mins before I get a match in low p.queue and that is after serving a 1 day ban. On top of this the condition to climb out of low priority queue is to win certain number of matches, which makes it more difficult considering the skill difference of players you get in this queue.
Since the number of concurrent players are really low I request to remove the number of win condition and swap it with number of matches instead. Meanwhile also working towards a system where a low priority person doesn't have to wait for hours just to play a single match of deadlock.
