Deadlock causes steam to exit and do other strange things.

I'm on Arch Linux, Hyprland, on the Steam beta branch, but I think I've had this happen on the normal branch. Sometimes, when I have Deadlock open, Steam will do bizarre things, such as prompt me to update drivers, open the "System Information" window, prompt me to uninstall games, close the Steam window with no way to reopen it, tell me it's logging off, or tell me it's shutting down. The shutting down thing is the most often, but it never actually shuts down; I can't cancel the shutdown, it just gets stuck. I have to close Steam with the tray icon when this happens. Whether this happens or not is rather random, I've had a few times where there's no issue. This image is an example of one of the outcomes I've gotten. If I close the broken window, it will come back unless I close steam as mentioned above.

I made a comment being sarcastic, but that is not productive.

Short answer is your setup is not supported and considered unstable experimental software.

Revert to a clean installation using the more stable LTS versions and you should be fine.

I know, all those buzzwords sound exciting, but unless you're an engineer capable of expanding said software, yeah, you're already feeling it.

Keep it simple. Keep it stable.

edit: to clarify, stay on x11 until Valve tells us Wayland is stable. They are working on it.

No other game has done stuff like this. No game should do stuff like this. This seems to be an issue with the game, not my setup.
Being on Wayland shouldn't cause Deadlock to make Steam try to uninstall games randomly. Being on Arch shouldn't cause it.

Deadlock is also experimental software. And your setup is currently not supported, so expect no dev support.

Experimental software is expected to fail , especially in untested and unsupported environments. I'm just trying to remind you before you attempt blaming the devs for a problem you are choosing to inflict upon yourself.

What are you talking about? You keep playing up how unstable my setup is, when it operates completely fine for everything else. This problem doesn't occur for any other games. Deadlock shouldn't be attempting to uninstall my games. This shouldn't be related to wayland, and Valve's steam deck runs on Arch. This behavior is pretty abnormal for a rather normal setup. I feel like the devs should know when something like this is happening, no?
