DC ban is not fair

i got disconnected for more than 5m and it results in auto kick/ timeout, but the reason is my internet and i think the bans are not fair, espetially for 24h thats too much

u cant even play bot match or co-op or custom match or anything

im not the only one having this issue i believe

pls fix the ban times if its afk dc and NOT rage quit or griefing

pls allow other types of matches when someone gets a timeout

I had two bluescreens back to back when it was hot in June and got a ban myself mate a while back, heard nothing don't even think anyone looked at my post. I didn't get banned for that long either thats awful. This happened before?

The DotA mechanic where leavers have to win a few games in leaver queue is preferable to complete bans
