If you hold tab to view the Incoming/Outgoing damage meter, click the dropdown without selecting an option, and then let go of tab, the dropdown options remain on the screen and prevent any non-mouse input until either a mouse button or escape is pressed. The same behavior occurs without the options displayed if you click on the dropdown itself and release tab without clicking again.
I've also observed the same behavior after selecting the 30s option where it will lock up repeatedly after pressing and releasing tab (even without clicking the meter), but I haven't been able to reproduce it like the others after restarting my game. I do think it persisted when going from the hideout to the sandbox and back to the hideout though.
Additionally, just having the dropdown open prevents the game from reading new button presses. For example, if you are walking while changing the time frame setting, you cannot change directions until you press a mouse button.
I've noticed these issues the most after messing with the meter while dead, then being unable to move or open menus until I click or hit escape after respawning.
