If you want to disconnect and rejoin for a number of reasons you must first type disconnect in console (because the only option in game is abandon match) and secondly exit from the custom screen/lobby to the main menu to then rejoin the game
To review a custom games results you need to copy the match code and then paste it into the watch section. I don't know if this is intended but it would make sense for it to show up in the game history.
