Cursor stuck on screen outside of UI

I have a link to the video with match ID, after opening and closing shop I was unable to rotate the camera. Something similar happens to me if I mess around with Alt tab or hit buttons that would bring my mouse cursor out. My crosshair gets stuck and it shows the in game mouse cursor moving around.
