Cursor Persisted after shop closed

Was buying items like normal in shop after a death but cursor persisted and was not able to aim any more. I just had the in game cursor moving around on my screen. Match ID was 6484308 and starts around 26:30. I'm on on Abrams.

Also, There should be able to a way to rejoin a match after leaving. I thought I could just leave and come back but instead the menu just said play. I would have force quit the game if i had known. Maybe some additional instructions while the game still may be buggy? Oh and you cant see match IDs when you leave. You have to wait till match is over.

Wanted to bump this as it has happened to me 4 more times while playing Abrams. I play him a lot so it may be biased but has yet to happen on another character. Will try to add more match IDs if it happens again.

I was about to report this as well. It usually happens after I'm in the store. The only recourse as far as I can tell is to force-close deadlock and rejoin.

FYI you can alt-tab, force-close Deadlock, and restart and rejoin.

Bumping this. On 9/5/2024 11:35pm et ish (didn't get match ID, sorry) I encountered a bug where I couldn't move my camera, the menu mouse cursor was on screen and responding. I could shoot. Reentering the shop menu, etc. did not fix the issue. Couldn't get a screenshot either (the cursor disappeared when I went to take it). I believe it happened when I tabbed out to skip a YouTube ad.

Just happened again to me.

Just happened again. My mouse buttons work (i.e. I can zoom and shoot) but my mouse does not turn. Alt-tabbing doesn't fix, only thing appears to be force quitting.

Yeah finally tried lash and happened on him as well twice yesterday. It happens just infrequent enough to not be hella annoying but still sucks when trying to get back to a team fight.

I think it might have to do with upgrading abilities when closing maybe?

Happens probably once every 3 games for me.

It's always right when I exit the store, but I can't quite pin down what causes it.

No, but open a windows command prompt and type systeminfo or systeminfo > settings.txt to export to a file.
