Currently Unplayable - Mouse does not lock to Game Window

This happened only after one of the more recent updates. My mouse simply does not stay within the confines of my game. Which means that if my mouse moves over to my second or third monitor and I click to shoot, Windows switches focus to my desktop. This effectively Alt-Tabs my game. This happens even if my monitor is in Full Screen mode in the settings.

I'm not sure if there is a setting I'm missing but I haven't changed anything about my games setup in a while. So it must be some sort of bug.

I have the opposite problem. I can't click on my browser tab in the other monitor unless I alt-tab, and when I go back to Deadlock the game has terrible frame rate and is choppy for several minutes.
