Seems like this is purely a UI issue. If you check your bullet damage before and after applying stacks to the enemy, it's higher after applying stacks.

It just doesn't show on the left side on the UI.

yeah definitely a UI issue. im also not seeing it in the UI, but with the damage numbers it looks like its all still applying normally.
