Crosshair dot isn't centered

It's either the location of the dot is wrong or the location of the crosshair is wrong, I can't tell

Yessss it wasn't centered I thought it was going to be fixed with all the crosshair update but it's still uncentered, is it on pourpose and I can't get why??

The dot "starts" from the center but expands to the bottom right. Also size 5 onward the dot isn't round, bottom right corner is, well, a corner. Only really noticeable when you don't play on standard settings. Pls fix, it's small but very annyoing.
