If queue takes too long it will force change your region to find you games in other regions. This is unacceptable for me and I would rather make it a switch to turn on and off. I'd rather wait 20-40 minutes for a game than play on high ping in a game where ping matters at a high level. Even in pubs it ruins the fun of actually being able to lane.
