Hello
I am experiencing a serious issue that started after the release of the 4 new heroes.
In every single match, without exception, I get severe freezes and stutters during gameplay. The game completely freezes for a few seconds, which makes it almost unplayable.
My network connection is stable, ping is normal, and FPS is consistently high. I am playing on maximum settings, and I have already tried adjusting all graphics settings (turning everything on/off), but nothing helps.
The only temporary workaround is to pause the game and reconnect. After reconnecting, the issue disappears for the rest of the match. However, in the next match, the problem happens again and I have to repeat the same process.
Could you please help me understand how to fix this issue?
