Match ID 201 864.
Sadly don't have a screenshot since it was action packed defense (since i needed to out push all lanes without creeps and any base guardians) but it was close to the game end.
There was like 2 wave of creeps stuck in our respawn and they were frozen in place.

I just watch replay of this game and from 17:20 all creep waves just drop on spawn instead behind the spawn area. 5 Waves spawn inside the area with the shop and stood in place where they dropped. After 3 wave like that some of them just turn into souls (like they would been killed?).
