Creeps got stuck on a bridge

When creeps attack the blue walker, the creeps that are supposed to fight them get stuck on a bridge instead and the walker becomes unprotected.

It looks like the bridge was built specifically to stop them, their landing is right in the middle of the bridge

Notice that this is happening in the outer lane as well, in terms of creep drops. They will land near the solo lane ancient creep spawn and sort of wiggle around and obviously screws with hero position and creep equilibrium.
