Crashing

Game is constantly crashing since the small 5mb patch today.

I had never had a crash before this in the 30~ hours of playtime, then it's been constant since then. Can't play for more than 1-2 minutes, which higher crashing in the menu than in game.

Update - Since updating my bios with intel's microcode, no crash

Update again - Still crashing, but very rarely.

I was crashing 5-10 times a game, every single game. So like 50-100 crashes in the past few days. No error message or anything just straight to desktop. I have 7200mhz DDR5 RAM running XMP. I disabled XMP and running at 4800mhz. No more crashing. I've run 3 full games with 0 crashes.
