Crashing randomly

the exact same issue ,except its happening to me mid game, whenever someone pauses and i press a button, and then cant get off the screen

Yep, same errors for me. I won't queue another game but I'll try to post every error message I can from playing in practice range.
My first crash was immediately after downloading the patch, right when I launched the game.
Then, multiple crashes throughout the first match I played, the first being around 6 minutes and then occurring more frequently as the game went on. I gave up after I crashed within 30 seconds of reconnecting on my 4th crash, and then crashed while I attempted to reconnect.
Currently I've been in the practice range for about 5 minutes after closing Riot Vanguard without a crash...
