Crashing post new update

Haven't been able to play the new update I was able to play 3 or 4 games before it started crashing every minute before this I had no problems my system isn't the best but it's been running the game fine for a while now I remember when I first started playing around November I had the same type of problems but they eventually went away and I could play the game fine with a occasional crash every 5+ games. I've tried to verify game files, Changed about every setting in the game and Nvidia control panel settings, and updated drivers. When it first started crashing since the update it'd happen every 10 minutes then it'd crash every 5 minutes then it became I'd get into the game and I wouldn't crash. I had deadlock open in hero testing for about 4 hours while I had to go do something and it didn't crash once so I assume it has something to do with the new update or when I'm in a game with players.
My Specs:
Nvidia 1650 Gtx
Intel i5 9th gen
16gb of ram

with dx11 i got crashes without error window
with vulkan i got less crashes because i made +fps_max 60 (if its more i got crashes) and got error message "vulkan encountered unrecoverable error vk_error_device_lost" but less times. Interesting thing that before patch with 3 lanes, everythig was perfect without problem, crashes, bugs and freezes. (played on directx without fps lock) Now i need play only on vulkan and only with fps lock because its crashes every 4-7 minutes (with vulkan less)

ram 32gb
Nvidia rtx 3070 laptop 8gb
I am really dont know what to do...
PS: using DLSS on perfomance, everything on low, and nvidia reflex is on (maybe it's important idk), in addition game cache verify, last video drivers also installed
PSS: already turned off CPU boosting in Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, and made undervolting with laptop official programm, but it still dont really help

That is the exact same I’ve had my fps capped low for a long time and I’ve tried Vulkan but not only do I notice way worse fps but it still crashes when 3 lanes was released I was able to play the game again after having the same problems I was having before

Also cheked game (in map overlook) without upscaling, with FSR, FSR2. Every one got crash, FSR2 even more faster, with DLSS on perfomance it was longer (and i even didnt crash) so i go to game with players... and boom its crashed after 5 minutes...
and the most frustrating thing, that idk if devs looking on this problem, i wrote it in steam discussion, discord, now here, and there is no one who can help

it feels like after last update its crashes even more, idk what to do...
vulkan, fps lock on 55... still crashes
