Crashing in multiplayer, almost every game, cannot restart after crash for at least 6 min

Tired of getting banned from multiplayer because the game crashes and doesnt let me back in.......this is starting to be a super big issue. tried vulkan, tried DX11.

win11 3440x1440ultrawide 100hz RTX4090 7800X3D 64GB RAM, my computer is less than a year old, newest drivers.

WHAT IS THE ISSUE HERE!?
