Crashing Every Single gd Match!

I'm not sure what is causing this but i am crashing 2-5 time almost every game. Its getting so ridiculous that I'm about to delete the game for awhile until this is fixed. It doesn't say why it crashed and i get no errors the game just freezes then i get a black screen and i have to close the game and restart it. I don't have this problem with any other game only deadlock and its so annoying bcz i really only play deadlock. The only reason i haven't gotten a ban is bcz i have a good pc.

Something similar happens to me, I was banned because my game keeps having a problem where it either crashes and every time I try to reconnect to the match it throws me back to the lobby, or the game suddenly throws me into the lobby and when I try to reconnect it throws me back to the lobby. I got a 6-day ban because of something that is literally not my fault...
