Crashing Constantly

Ive tried everything I could (verify files , reinstall gpu drivers , reinstall the game, and more) but the game keeps on crashing . Im not sure what to do at this point so im here to drop the logs and hopefully someone can help me fix this issue.

I was crashing but I think these things fixed it for me.
 
If it helps you can right click in the console and save the entire log. Are there any MDUMP files in the same folder as the game?
