Crashing constantly on a good PC

First of all, my specs. Not top of the line, but good enough for any other game I throw at it

CPU: Intel Core i7-11700K
Graphics card: GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce RTX 3060 ELITE 12GB
Memory: Crucial Ballistix 3200 MHz DDR4 32GB

I have a history of this game being unstable for me. It kind of has a seasonality to it, where for a while the game will be stable and then for a while it will crash a lot. I assume this is because every once in a while the devs release a patch that has some stability fixes in it, but with new content patches more instability gets added over time. However it is odd that the stability issues don't seem to affect the majority of the playerbase. I rarely see other players crashing.

When the game is in an unstable state for me, I can expect to crash on average around once every 15-20 minutes, or 1-2 times per game. There doesn't seem to be any particular game state that causes the crashes; they can come in the middle of a gunfight, while I'm ziplining out of spawn, while I'm farming creeps, and even while I'm dead.

During unstable seasons of the game, I tend not to play much at all, both because it's really frustrating to deal with and because I feel bad for my teammates who are put at a disadvantage. Today, after not playing the past few days due to these issues, I decided to hop on and try playing a game. I had the idea to change my video settings back to default to see if that was affecting anything. What followed was a quick (~26 min) game where I crashed 4 times, on average once every 6.5 minutes. I even changed my video settings back from FSR2 to Stretch after the second crash.

Not only did I crash 4 times, I also witnessed some strange visual bugs shown in the video below. This was recorded with Steam's built in game recorder, so every time I crash it skips to when I relaunch the game. I've uploaded the full game, with the footage sped up 10x except the areas when I crashed.

I want to reiterate that I have no problems playing other games with similar graphical demands such as Overwatch and Rocket League. I know the first thought would be that it's something wrong with my computer because almost no one else is complaining about crashing, but if the problem is with my computer it is a problem that somehow only rears its head when I'm playing this specific game.
