Crash while loading a match

I loaded into the match, but my internet went out (my mistake). After I re-logged in, after 2-3 minutes. The match was already underway, and I stayed in the place where the heroes spawned, waiting for all the other players to join. I tried to enter the game map by jumping behind the textures, but I was thrown into some kind of telephone room from which I could not get out. I had to leave the match
