Crash when playing with friends, and this time I got banned for hours

I already submitted a post about this a few weeks ago as I've finally gotten tired of getting kicked once every game when I'm in a party with friends. But this time during the game, I got crashed (as usual) and received a 2 hour ban for a buggy problem that cannot be resolved on my end. Not sure what to do here, maybe try uninstalling the reinstalling the game? Thank you

Just verified the game through steam by the way, but that didn't help weeks ago.
