Crash, returned to matchmaker island, then stuck in teleporter

31351074 match id. Go to 1:29 and watch from there. As Seven.
As game started it locked up, so restarted client and rejoined. Discovered I was on tutorial island. Jumped off, and found myself locked in a teleporter with no way out. 'Dev' commands in the UI to suicide did nothing so I ended up being stuck in there until after the teleporters unlocked.

Suggested possible fixes, other than general client stability:
* If a player is on the tutorial island after 20 seconds or so of game starting, move them to their base
* If a player is in a teleporter prior to the teleporters being opened, allow them to leave it (i.e. one way doors).
* Fix the suicide option so that it can be used. Having teammates telling me I'm an idiot over comms is annoying...

You're right that the suicide option in the escape menu is broken, however the console "killme" command does work still as far as I know, that being said your suggested options to remedy being stuck on the starter island are better alternatives than having to kill yourself to get back into lane.
