Crash on startup with Vulcan (Intel GPU)

Anyone else experience this with Vulcan? I have to manually set -dx11 in my launch options to fix.

Yes, happening with Arc A770 Sparkle Titan OC w/ Ryzen 3700. dx11 is the only option that works.
Edit: seems to only happen when shop is opened
