Crash on load everytime

Everytime I join a game it will load up, and as soon as loading is complete , or just before, the game will crash to desktop and close, sometimes closing steam too

This wasnt happening yesterday, just today

Have tried putting default settings, updating gpu drivers, verifying files, no change

Same for me, getting constant crashes which first started on load.

Playing on a 2023 version of steam, the game auto-closed when booting up:

The same thing happens when playing tf2 (now with the 64bit version) as well when joining a server.
