During a team fight, I come in from a majestic leap to ground strike before crashing entirely (about 5 minutes before the end of the game). When I tried to rejoin, it kept crashing the entire game over and over until the match was eventually over. You can see at 33:12 Lash jump up and then proceed to DC. We had more kills and damage up until the very end of the game, so it was a really unfortunate crash. More importantly, I just don't want it to happen again and don't have any idea what caused it. There was no internet issues or system-related issues I'm aware of during this either.
