Crash On First Startup On W11

Game crashes when first launched on windows 11 but if you restart your computer after installing the game, it fixes the crash.

My internet is slow right now, i can replicate in a couple hours

I ran into this bug as well. After a restart, the game started fine. Uninstalling and reinstalling it does not bring the crash back.
