-20% slower reload time
+15% weapon damage
Passive:
When reloading, gain 40% bullet and spirit resist.
This bullet and spirit resist lasts for 2 seconds after reloading.
Cooldown: 30 seconds.
I think it'd be an interesting dynamic to have an item which makes characters tankier while reloading(and slightly afterwards) and could be used in a lot of dynamic ways with certain characters.
