If you counterspell parry after doorman ults you this is the result:

If you counterspell before doorman ults you this is the result:

I honestly have no clue what is going on here but I would say this interaction is not behaving how anyone would expect it ?
If you counterspell doormans ult before he lands it - as in you anticipate the cast and counterspell it successfully, you should not even be sent to The Baroness at all.
And counterspell after should just be a failed counterspell not this turning you invisible thing.
