Passive: Cooldown 10s
On a successful parry, return all damage you would have taken to the parried target
I think this would provide more depth to parrying in general as well as have an item that counters melee build items. This item would also encourage players who build this item to parry more and reward them more, kind of like how kinetic dash is a good item to encourage those who build it to learn how to jump dash and reward them for doing it more.
