Could spectate enemy player + shiv ult last second made him go out of spawn

This is a 2-in-1 since I think it was the Shiv ult who did this. He ulted enemy last second before round end, made him fly a bit when the next round started. Later I could spectate enemy Paige with F4, which I think was his target.
