I purchased fleetfoot and tried to assign it to my 4th item slot. Instead it went into my 3rd slot. I repeatedly tried to drag it into the 4th slot afterwards with alt+drag but it wouldn't move. After disconnecting and reconnecting the issue was resolved and I could move the item into my 4th slot.
