Cosmic Veil does not cull shadows.

The cosmic veil doesn't properly cull shadows from entities behind them, causing them to still be partially visible.

I wasn't sure if this is a bug or intentional, but can confirm I've used it to notice people behind veil before.

This is something I noticed in an actual game today on the cosmic veil besides the blue lane's walker and just before the base guardians. Was able to see a player's entire shadow be cast on a wall through the veil.
