Cooldown items not reducing the cooldown of Paradox wall.

Buying cooldown items as well as imbuing her wall with superior cooldown doesn't change the cooldown when using multiple charges. It does reduce the restock time of those charges though. Not sure if this is intentional or not.

I'm pretty sure that's how all multi-charge abilities work. The cooldown is "restock", delay between charges is a separate stat affected only by extra charge items.

this is the case for all Charged Abilities. Rapid Recharge is the item that reduces the time between uses for Charged Abilites, indicated by this little symbol in the top right of the description:
