Cooldown icon refreshes when its cooldown changes

Any hero's ult cooldown will go completely greyed out and start again if you buy any cooldown item, or anything that affects its CD changes.

For instance:

Improved cooldown
Enchanter's barrier (when it is broken and when it refreshes)
