I couldn't clip it, but basically I was playing Seven and walked near some crates and went to smash them with my melee attack. Something happened that felt like lag and afterwards my movement was basically completely broken. My character would move in one direction on their own, or I'd hold forward and it'd ignore it. Alt tabbing stopped auto movement, but pushing any buttons made it weird again.
Restarting my game fixed it.
