EDIT2: Okay, it just randomly fixed itself after hours of not working. Assuming its a steam issue?
Happened yesterday and I managed to do a workaround by fully uninstalling and reinstalling, but that took awhile. New update dropped and its back again.
According to some of the comments on this, it seems to be caused by deadlock. Any help would be appreciated.
Tried deleting app manifest in steamapp manifest and clearing steam caches but it didnt work.
EDIT: Also tried verifying files and changing download region in steam settings, both didnt help.
