Constantly moving forward

For some reason I had a match where I kept moving forward even after letting go of the w key. I disconnected my key board and it still happened and after the game it was fine. during the time it started the game kinda bugged out like swapping windows when I hit tab when I wasn't hitting alt.

Did you perhaps leave your controller plugged in and it fell into a hole somehwere? Because this sounds like a controller that fell into a hole and is currently pressing the left thumbstick forward as well as the alt-key equivalent button
