Constantly cancelling ultimates

The shittiest part is that with Mo/Krill ult and bebop bomb, if you have packet loss or any form of slight lag, the audio cue will play, but you wont actually do the skill. Change needs to either be reverted or given an option to toggle this feature on or off. Some people may say git gud/skill issue, you cant manually choose what coast you connect to [East, West, Central] and lag will always vary. Mo/Krill definitely coming off my list until its undone/fixed because its actually unplayable.

EDIT: His Burrow ALSO needs to be pressed again to pop up early? Ew. Ew ew ew ew.
 
Before the patch I went like 4 games straight with 0 deaths on Viscous, then the patch happened and I'm getting 3-5 deaths per game from cube cancels alone. It's easier not to cancel the cube than not to cancel an ult, my real problem with cube canceling is after I get echo shard and there's this bug where I jump-cancel the cube, but the prompt to press the cube ability again remains on the screen for a short period of time. I have to double press the cube, first to clear the prompt, second to cast the ability after I've used echo shard in order to cast the cube again, and if the time elapses for the prompt to clear then what I'm doing is cubing and canceling.
