I keep encountering massive lag spikes very frequently that last anywhere from around a few seconds to several minutes. They lock me in place and prevent me from moving and basically soft lock me out of the game. I was still able to interact with the mini-map but otherwise I could not do a thing. This issue is even happening on games where I am below 100 ms ping.
